Stackable Weapons Racks (SWR)

The SWR is specified for both large and small scale weapons storage projects. This particular system comes in two heights of 1220mm (48") and 1640mm (64 1/2") and are designed to be stackable.Thus one unit can be placed on top of another and secured together. In addition the Meshed Security Doors are optional and comes with security locks and keys from Abloy (two point locking mechanism) and a hasp for a padlock. This solution has been installed in armories for the Army, Marines and Air Forces across the world as well as shipboard applications, police stations and correctional facilities.

The Optional Security Doors are specifically designed with an all steel meshed frontage which allows for 'see through' inventory without having to physically open the racks to count the weapons stored. The SWR system is a modular system that can be part of an overall and integrated solution if desired combining our Expandable Weapons Racks (EWR) as well as our Weapons Storage Cabinets (WSC).

It has been also installed in Tactical Police Trucks as well as in Hercules C-130 and C-5 Galaxy heavy lift aircraft. It is the most common solution used in shipboard armory applications - as specified for the Royal New Zealand Navy (Protector Program).

The SWR is supplied in a modular width of 1066mm (42"). The Universal Weapons Panels is manufactured of 16 GA cold-rolled steel and reinforced with horizontal structural 'box shaped' stiffeners located on the reverse side. The four levelers that are supplied with every SWR can double as securing hardware so that one SWR can be stacked on top on another unit, without purchasing extra hardware. It is often installed on mobile carriages (compactuses) for weapons storage solution saving valuable floor space and cost.

With a full array of weapons components (please view the components) firearms of many types (assault rifles, carbines, sniper rifles, light machine guns, shotguns, handguns, PDW's, flack jacks and storage 'buckets') can be ordered. The SWR's can be secured to the wall, floor, side-by-side, back-to-back and stacked. In addition the SWR will allow weapons to be stored vertically, horizontally and even diagonally.

This solutions is both highly versatile and flexible and will answer many of the requirements set by both the military and law enforcement communities. It is sure to meet and even surpass weapons storage expectations. However this unique solution offers more than simple storage of weapons.

Rapid Deployable Bases

With our single or double sided optional Rapid Deployable Bases the Stackable Weapons Racks can be moved fully loaded with firearms within minutes. Loaded onto trucks and ships without the cumbersome task of unloading a weapons racks and moving weapons by hand a labour intensive and time consuming task.
