It is common to find that when weapons are required to be moved from one location to another they are either carried by hand or placed in large crates and 'man handled'. The Mobile Weapons Cart does away with this practice in one fell 'swoop' and replaces it with an easy, efficient and fast way of transporting firearms without damage being caused to the weapons. The Mobile Weapons Cart can store and move upto 20 rifles (10 either side vertically) of different types at one time. The design of this cart incorporates the Universal Weapons Panels found on all our weapons storage solutions. In the same way as all our other weapons storage solutions - Stackable Weapons Racks, Expandable Weapons Racks & Weapons Storage Cabinets the Cart was designed from the 'ground-up' with the Universal Weapons Panel. Thus all components can be installed on the MWC. In such a manner handguns can be transported in either handgun pacs or our 'prong' system. Storage buckets can be included and if so desired the cart can transport weapons in a horizontal manner.
The Mobile Weapons Cart was designed with flexibility and ease of use as paramount for the end user, but constructed of all steel for durability and high usage. The cart comes with two fixed and two swivel casters (the latter with brakes). The push/pull handles are located at one end of the cart this factor enables the MWC to have a tight turning radius to negotiate obstacles very easily. The width of the cart was determined by the standard width of a doorway. To ensure that vertically stored rifles do not 'fall' from the cart Seismic Barrel Saddles are specified. This allows for the tallest of sniper rifles to be transport easily. An example of this would be the 57" (1450mm) tall Tac-50 Sniper Rifle by McMillan Bros Rifle Company as seen below. Mobile Weapons Cases (MWcases)There is a growing market predominantly driven by the military and police forces globally for 'durable light weight' mobile and portable weapons cases. The requirement is for weapons cases that are 'military grade' to accommodate small amounts of firearms such as assault rifle, carbines (also referred to as 'shorties), shotguns and handguns. Our Mobile Weapons Cases are specifically designed and manufactured to meet this need. The object is to be able to transfer weapons from an armory or vault and place into cases that can be put into boots of cars or into trucks. Once 'an operation' is completed the cases can be locked up and stored. To save space in the (M16 & M4 Mobile Cases) are specifically designed to be stackable. In meeting this requirement Multifile offers three different cases. These are referred to as the M16, M4 and Pistol Case.
Mobile M-16 Case - 6 CapacityDesigned to accommodate M-16 type and sized assault rifles, sniper rifles or shotguns upto 1005mm (39 ½") tall and 63mm (2 ½") wide. In many instances this will allow for a rifle (the typical example is the M16 from Colt and C7 from Colt Canada) to be stored with clips and attachments such as carry handles, scopes, flash lights attached.
Each case has a total of 6 carry handles (2 on the long side & 1 on the ends). This allows a fully loaded case with six rifles to be easily handled by two personnel. In this manner handling the case becomes a 'breeze'. Alternatively one person can simple roll the case by the end handle on it's 'rear' where two soft rubber casters are located. The cases are constructed for durability. The casters are protected by 'flarings' which are riveted on. All six handles are 'spring loaded' and recess back 'flush' with the side panels of the case when not in use. The 'lid' hinges a full 90º for unimpeded and easy access to weapons stored. In addition the lid when closed are locked by two steel 'butter fly' hasps and then can be padlocked shut. Each case comes with a 'card holder'.
Mobile M-4 Case - 6 CapacityDesigned to accommodate M-4 type and sized carbines or pistol grip shotguns upto 762mm (30") tall and 63mm (2 ½") wide. As with the M-16 case will allow for a carbine (the typical example is the M4 from Colt and C8 from Colt Canada) to be stored with clips and attachments such as carry handles, scopes, flash lights attached. In addition this case has an open compartment for whole array of accessories. This compartment is 241mm (9 ½") deep x 552mm (21 ¾") wide x 229mm (9") high.

Mobile Pistol Case - 12 CapacityDesigned to accommodate most types of handguns and pistols used by both the police and military such as the 9mm M9 Beretta, Glock 23 and FN Herstal's Five-SeveN Tatical Pistol and a host of others. Each handgun is placed between adjustable 'slots' and protected by dividers that are covered in 'oil' proof cell foam lining.
This case is constructed for durability in the same manner as the M16 and M4 cases. The casters are protected by all steel 'flarings' which are riveted on. All three handles are 'spring loaded' and recess back 'flush' with the side panels of the case when not in use. The 'lid' hinges a full 90º for unimpeded and easy access to weapons stored. The case comes with a telescopic (collapsible/extension) handle which when fully extended is 533mm (21"). It collapses flush with the top panel by pushing a 'release' button located actually in the center of the handle.
